It’s time to roll out your yoga mat and discover the combination of physical and mental exercises that for thousands of years have hooked yoga practitioners around the globe. The beauty of yoga is that you don’t have to be a yogi or yogini to reap the benefits. Yoga is for everyone. All are welcome. This is a safe and loving space.
Arrive Early: Allow enough time to find parking and sign in. There are both metered and free street parking available.
Bring a Yoga Mat: If you do not own a mat, we have mats to rent for $4.
Personal Items: We provide cubbies for your belongings. Please remove shoes at the door and turn off any electronics before class.
Clothing: Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement.
Water: Bring a water bottle or $2 to purchase one.
Towel: Please bring a small towel if needed. We do not sell/supply towels.
Props: We provide blocks, blankets, straps, and bolsters.
Questions: Ask questions and inform instructor of any injuries or pregnancy for your safety.
Outdoor Classes: Hat, shades, sunscreen and long-sleeve if needed. *Limited shade during summer hours.
