Diabetes Advocacy: As a Type 1 Diabetes–owned business, we are committed to maintaining a diabetic-safe environment. We provide diabetic-friendly supplies, education and support, and proudly support Breakthrough T1D and its mission to empower the diabetes community.
Social Responsibility: We believe yoga should be equitable to everyone. We offer classes, workshops, and community events for all levels and backgrounds, along with free and discounted commUNITY classes and donation-based Give|Grow events.
Environmental Responsibility: We are dedicated to sustainable practices and reducing our carbon footprint. We participate in the SDG&E AC Saver Program, use energy-efficient LED lighting, maintain clean air with Molekule purification systems, choose non-toxic cleaning products, and provide complimentary alkaline water to support both wellness and the environment.
Arrive Early: Allow enough time to find parking and sign in.
Parking: There is plenty of parking at all times. There are both metered and free street parking available. Parking enforced 8am-8pm Monday – Saturday.
Bicycles: There are two bicycle racks located at the studio entrance on 8th Ave. Bicycle locks available if needed.
Bring a Yoga Mat: If you do not own a mat, we have a limited amount of mats to rent for $5.00. Mats must be cleaned by student after use, no exceptions.
Shoes: We are a shoe free studio. Please place your shoes in the shoe rack at the entrance upon arrival.
Personal Items: We provide cubbies for your belongings and electronics.
Electronics: Please turn off electronics and silence all smart watches and devices.
Clothing: Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement.
Water: Complimentary reverse osmosis alkaline water.
Towel: Please bring a small towel if needed. We do not sell/supply towels.
Props: We provide blocks, blankets, straps, bolsters and sculpt equipment. Studio mat rentals are available at a daily or weekly rate.
Questions: Ask questions and inform instructor of any injuries or pregnancy for your safety prior to class.
Outdoor Classes: Hat, shades, sunscreen and long-sleeve if needed. *Limited shade during summer hours.
